Cancelling prescription
Didnt work well, had a hard time logging on every time we were out of town. Customer support was not good either

Poor Customer Service
Speaking to sales and they are telling me my card is giving them an error. Just spoke to Amex and they tell me no charge attempts and that card is fine.
USELESS LOGMEIN GOTOASSIST staff unable to help. Extremely frustrated and have lost an entire work day.
Replaced credit card which disabled my account. Called support and was referred to sales.
Website said sales was open 2am until 7pm eastern time. Sales phones says otherwise as recordings said sales was closed. Support told me I had to wail 48-72 hours for a call-back. We rely on this garbage product to provide remote support.
Waiting 3 days is not an option. Talking to billing now and problem still not resolved.
Dealing with this company is very frustrating. Use an alternate product.

Support
The support tech has me erase logmein then when the new version would not work with our PC said that they didn't have a compatible version. Thisleft my customers PC crippled.
I had to find a compatible version elsewhere and will have to make another trip to try and repair the problem
Your tech should have never asked me to erase the logmein before checking compatibility
Corrupted Data
After setting up a Hamachi server for gaming, our computers experienced lost applications, reset folder attributes across our entire hard drives. Our computers were maliciously tampered with. We no longer trust Hamachi and will not use any product from this provider.

This is report that our account in logmein central become limited since yesterday August 26 2022. Even though we have renewed the subscription last May 2022 the account has become limited. I already sent several complaints (email) to LogMeIn support but I did not receive any reply. Kindly take action on this because your service is very important to us.

Illegally auth renewal
I purchased LogMeIn Hamachi Standard services on 10/13/2012 for $19.00. I have been billed illegally starting on 10/13/2013 annually ending with 10/13/2021.
I have not used services with Log MeIN since 2012. The online statements found only online on the LogMeIN website states "This document, along with the Order Acknowledgement Email will verify your purchase of LogMeIn products and services." I have not received an Order Acknowledgment Email from LogMeIN since 2012, when the original purchase was made. The only other email I received from LogMein was on October 13, 2016 from Kate Williams stating "the transaction for your LogMeIN subscription payment has failed due to either insufficient funds or an expired credit card.
LogMeIN illegally found out my credit card's new expiration date, and continued to charge me for a service that I have been inactive on since 2012. LogMEIN did not send the proper email documentation of the order acknowledgment email since 2012

You are very well insulated - even when an existing customer is trying to add services. As a nonprofit we have decided to add a Zoom account, rather than an additional GotoMeeting User as you charge $190 for one other person to set-up meetings. I guess in the corporate world that works, but it stopped this small nonprofit in our tracks.

When your program was being used with Remo my computer died old age
I used Remo Photo Duplicate Remover it went into self mode and without choices after I clicked to install it scanned for duplicates then began to download on its own. No where do you want them etc.
They totally removed over 1000 photos. I uninstalled, contacted Remo and told them to refund. They wanted to remotely go through my PC using theirs, your LogMeIn and Team viewer. I could not get them to participate they would install part way and quit.
I tried for hours. When I quit I immediately got a letter as though your team had no idea what happened even though your men contacted me during the remote try with suggestions. I have since gotten many letters encouraging me to install again, activate it and use it. I keep explaining but your robot does not understand.
I never used your trial offer from 9/23/2020 I told you NO I don't want it. DO NOT take money for an extended subscription.
I told you to cancel You can not use yours or any others program when the computer has quit. It does not work and never will.
I never ordered LogMeIn the Remo people sent me the connection while I was tryinng to clean up the mess with their materials, I thought yours was the solution to my photo problem with them.
